The Challenge

To supply FedEx Express Aircraft Operations with personnel in support of their heavy maintenance and conversion programme in Europe and South East Asia.

To ensure that the manpower is qualified, experienced and suitable whilst available within budget parameters.

To provide full HR support to the personnel in the varied locations, dealing with local employment legislation and tax issues

To ensure that FedEx’s exacting operating standards are met by a motivated and committed workforce.

The Strategy

Gained through an understanding of Fedex’s development objectives in Europe and South East Asia. Reference check and management of the interview process is critical. Organise payroll, taxation and HR guidance. Mobilisation of candidates, induction processes and final placement administration.

Regular monitoring of candidate welfare and performance. Regular site visits to Fedex locations to meet management and candidates for review. Line Up 360 audit for continuous improvement.
