Client Profile	A large MRO Provider in the Middle East providing third-party technical solutions with a strong regional customer base and worldwide customers
Duties	Our client is currently searching for a VP of Component Services to lead the Component Services division which includes Components and Fast Track areas to operate as a profitable business unit by maximising revenues by ensuring effective utilisation of resources and infrastructure whilst ensuring all operations are in line with quality and the safety standards defined by the company. To transform the Component Services division into a world-class operation in line with THE COMPANY’S strategic goals and ensure that the component division delivers a high quality value added service to all its customers both internally and externally. To integrate and balance the requirements of Component Services customers with the internal workflow of all production areas to fully support the achievement of THE COMPANY’S business-wide objectives. The selected candidate will help make the division efficient and assist in business development activities to secure an all-important signature components client.
Qualifications	FAA A&P licence holder (minimum requirement); EASA, ICAO AMEL preferred University Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical engineering preferred) Knowledge, skills and Experience Required:- Thorough knowledge of the Commercial MRO industry, specifically Component overhaul, modification and repair 15+ years including: Track record of managing / driving substantial business growth Well proven success managing a technical multi-discipline workforce (required) Experience leading component overhaul for aircraft and engines for an airline or a MRO Experience running a multi-sub assembly maintenance operation Successful management of a medium sized workforce (200+) Experience with logistics management and supply chain work Considerable experience in deploying lean or 6-sigma process improvements This is a Permanent role For further information on this exciting, challenging role, please submit a copy of your latest CV in confidence to lois@luap.com or to discuss further please call 0044 (0) 1403 217688.
