| Duties |
To lead the Procurement and Materials Services division including Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Warranty, and Repair Chain Management, to operate as a profitable business unit for both internal and external customers. To ensure Logistics and Material services provides appropriate support and resources across the operations group to facilitate the delivery of services to all the Companys customers. To develop and maintain an effective supply chain for The Company and develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships on behalf of The Company. To ensure that The Company is able to procure materials and services at the best price to provide quality and value for money for The Company and its customers.

| Qualifications |
Detailed knowledge of the aviation industry, specifically in relation to supply chain and parts manufacturing issues
15+ years including:
Proven experience managing a technical workforce
5+ years experience in the supply chain of a heavy industry (aircraft, locomotive, energy)
Proven negotiating skill
Clearly demonstrated entrepreneurial & deal based skills
Comfort with standard statistical methods and higher level math
Strategic supplier management/ strategic sourcing experience
Successful deployment of lean or 6-sigma process improvements
This is a Permanent role
