Client Profile
Duties	Our prestigious Client based in the Persian Gulf region currently has an urgent requirement for an exceptional Quality Assurance Manager. An immediate start is available. The individual must have an eye for utmost efficiency. Safety, security and quality will be their prime concern. Knowledge of Total Quality Management(TQM)is a must as you will be responsible for ensuring that Maintenance Operations are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the necessary manpower resources, facilities and finances are available to enable the Engineering Department to perform the maintenance to which it is committed to maintain air worthiness. You will be responsible for the fleet maintenance and technical development of the company's aircraft and facilities to meet the operating performance and reliability required by company policy and long term plans, whilst meeting economic and operational targets and satisfying regulating authority requirements.
Qualifications	• University degree or its equivalent discipline acceptable to Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) • CAA or FAA licensed mechanic or similar qualifications • Preferably with at least 10 years experience in related job Knowledge/Skills/Expertise Required • Fluent in English , knowledge of Arabic desirable • Knowledge of CAA/FAA regulations • At least five years previous experience as Total Quality Control Manager (TQM) • Trained on at least two of the following types of aircraft - Challenger/Citation/Embraer • Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and IOSA /ISO requirements This is a permanent role For further information on this role, please submit a copy of your latest CV in confidence to lois@luap.com or to discuss further please call +44 (0) 1403 217688.
