| Duties |
Our client, a leading MRO company currently has a requirement for Licensed Engineers to carry out the following duties:-
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and carry out modification on aircraft and/or engines and all associated systems;
- Certify aircraft maintenance tasks and release;
- Carry out boroscope inspection;
- Carry out daily work assignments for Mechanics and ensure all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks are accomplished efficiently and punctually;
- Ensure documentation compliances daily;
- Mentoring and coaching of new Mechanics on various aspects of aircraft maintenance;
- Maintain discipline and motivate staff to be better able to perform their duties;
- Motivate staff under his charge to meet quality standards
- Carry out any other assigned duties

| Qualifications |
Applicants must possess a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License or a valid CAAS/ EASA Airframe & Power plant License.
Type-ratings required on Embraer 170/190,GE-CS34 and A320/A330, T700, CFM56, A340 CFM 56or a combination of these.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in hangar maintenance and certification of the Airbus A320/A330/A340 and/or Embraer 170/190 aircraft.
