DEPUTY COMPLIANCE MONITORING MANAGER

My client is a global high-technology leader investing in digital innovations, connectivity, big data, in the maintenance of aeronautical parts, fix wing and rotary wing.

ROLE: DEPUTY COMPLIANCE MONITORING MANAGER PART-145 & SUPPORT UFFICIO TECNICO
LOCATION: VERGIATE (VA)
PAY: TBD
CONTRACT: PERMANENT

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager for Thales Italia S.p.A. – Avionics Domain and Avionics Global Services – VERGIATE will work in collaboration with Vergiate’s Quality Manager and be responsible to maintain aeronautical certification for Vergiate Site as EASA Part-145/FAA Part 145/TCCA CAR 573/CAA UK Part 145 approved Repair Station (AS9110/AS9120/ISO….) and to ensure proper application of process and Standards.In addition he will provide operational support to Vergiate’s Maintenance Manager on the Activities of Industrialisation and Data management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure monitoring of the correct and continuous application of the Site applicable Processes
• Execute Internal Audits and support Audits by the relevant authorities to ensure surveillance/renewal/acquire of new required certification
• Maintain the Documentation system SMS
• Ensure Quality Assurance Role on Support Activities
• Manage the Non Conformity (Customers Claim, Incoming Material…) or gap to internal standards and manage Action plan
• Support Ufficio tecnico Activities managing updates and communication of Maintenance
• Documentation; manage current and Future Tools and means in use in Vergiate repair Station.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical or related discipline
• A first Successful experience in Aeronautical activities EASA Part 145 or Part 21 is required
• Good knowledge in Quality/Safety Management System for Aeronautic activities
• Fluent Italian and English
• French (notions) is a plus
• Team work & adaptability
• Skills in electronics & mechanics is a plus
• Proficiency in office suite
