My client is looking for a Document Control Administrator to join on them on a 3-month contract. As a Document Control Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with drawing and document reviews to determine specifications.
Role: Document Control Administrator
Pay: £11.44 – £14.30. per hour PAYE + Holiday PAYE
Location: Yeovil
Contract: 3 months
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and *am – 1pm Friday

Security Clearance: Full BPSS* Screening (*Baseline Personnel Security Standard), including proof of Legal Right to Work, Criminal Records Check, i.e. UK DBS. UK Nationals only

Job Profile

  • Respond to customer requests for documentation.
  • Understanding/experience of ‘document change management/control’ would be desirable.
  • Instructions and pre-established guidelines will be provided to perform the functions of the job.
  • Will work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager
  • Key points would be to use the bespoke systems which has a process built in to follow and be able to review documentation to determine how to proceed to make decisions.
  • Training in the tool set will be necessary and is planned for. Ideally would need candidates who are proficient in Office tools and are detail orientated.
  • Must be UK nationals to enable access to the export controlled systems we utilise.

Education & Training
Strong experience in a similar role
Educated to A level or equivalent
