Requirements
- Industry Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in the private jet or aviation industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Performance Under Pressure: Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Self-Motivation: Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients by managing inbound leads and focusing on outbound business development efforts via email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships to ensure the company is the preferred supplier.
- Account Management: Oversee key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
- CRM Activities: Update and maintain the company’s CRM system.
- Existing Client Cultivation: Cultivate existing client relationships.
