Process Engineer (Workflow Processes)

-Location: Saudi Arabia
-Job type: Permanent Fulltime 2-year contract (renewable).

As a Process Engineer Workflow Processes you will add immediate value by designing and implementing all required workflow processes for the LEAP, from engine receiving to shipment. You will apply best practices and set new standards regarding methods, tools and processes for the LEAP program.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsibility for the overall LEAP MRO process map excluding special work processes (e.g., HVOF, cleaning, welding, etc.)
Ensure that the process standards, procedures and specifications are in place for the LEAP program To work closely together with the process engineer special work processes to share best practices regarding methods, tools and processes
Design and implement all processes for the LEAP program from engine receiving to shipment.
Define and implement relevant KPIs and benchmarking procedures to measure and further improve TAT and increase company competitiveness.
Work together with all company business units to optimize the LEAP MRO process map.
Conduct ongoing analysis if processes are in line with industry and OEM regulations.
Manage or support all initiatives regarding internal processes.

General Responsibilities

  • Policies and procedures, follow all relevant policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure the work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Day-to-day operations, supervise the day-to-day operations and ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with the set standards and procedures.

Education & Experience

Successfully completed bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in within the aviation sector; preferably experience with CFM56, GEnx or LEAP-1A.
  • Profound knowledge of engine MRO process steps
