New Business Developer (Aviation Components)

Role: New Business Developer (Aviation Components) – Permanent
Location: Central part of West Sussex
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + Commission

I am recruiting for a number of New Business Developers to support rapid growth for a well-established aircraft parts brokerage and trading business.
This is a high-energy, commercial role suited to tenacious, hungry sales professionals with proven aircraft component sales experience who thrive on winning new business and growing those accounts.

The Role

• Focus on new business generation while developing existing client relationships
• Broker and sell aircraft components
• Help expand capability globally
• Future progression opportunities available for successful candidates

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in proactive aircraft component sales (essential)
• Proven track record of chasing, closing and growing revenue
• Able to bring clients or strong market relationships
• Strong Quantum knowledge highly desirable
• Proactive, resilient, and highly motivated by commission
