On behalf of our client, a leading Saudi based aviation MRO specialising in defence aircraft, we are seeking to recruit an Instructor Pilot, Cougar/Super Puma to fulfil a 1-year renewable contract.

Super Puma & Cougar Aircraft

Role: Instructor Pilot Cougar/Super Puma
Location: Saudi Arabia
Type: Contract
Duration:
Contract is one year renewable based on project needs & duration
Shift: Working 5 days from 7

Due to the nature of this contract we can only consider UK/US, European and South African nationals.

Tasks & Duties:

  1. Carrying out test flights(FCF) for Helicopter (Cougar or Super Puma).
  2. Training Saudi pilots on the foundation courses and Helicopter (FCF) courses applicable in the Squadron according to the Air Force Curricula.
  3. Advise on aviation training plans and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Training of pilots and Flight engineers on Helicopter (Cougar or Super Puma) FCF courses.
  5. Make the required modifications to the books and update them.
  6. Develop the expertise of the aircrew.
  7. Teaching on the devices (MTU) and (IFDS )according to the Air Force Curricula in applicable in the squadron for pilots.
  8. Training Saudi pilots on air refueling operations.

Follow the laws and methods of air and ground according to safety regulations.
Experience and Courses Required:

  1. To have experience in the field of aviation not less than (5) five years of Cougar helicopters.
  2. Experience in the field of training and operations not less than five(5 years.
  3. Experience in training foundation courses and Helicopter (FCF )courses not less than five(5) years.
  4. Experience in the field of RLATH training The emergency.
  5. experience in the field of aviation and ground teaching not less than four (4) years.
  6. Familiar with aviation sciences in addition to all air force curricula.
  7. Experience in the field of air refueling.
