Team Leader Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PC-12 AIRCRAFT
Location: Stans, Switzerland
Permanent Position

Responsabilities:

* Lead a team of 5 internal and external staff
* Formulate project plans for assigned development projects, considering internal and external efforts, stakeholders, cost objectives, schedules, and resource requirements
* Manage requirements at the department level, ensuring compliance with internal and certification processes
* Collaborate with diverse internal interdisciplinary stakeholders across all levels
* Provide regular project status reporting
* Support continuous improvements to project management and requirement management tools and processes

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in aeronautical/mechanical/electrical engineering and multiple years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly in a program/project manager position
* Proven success managing small to medium-sized multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects is advantageous
* Experience with requirement development, tracking and validation using DOORS
* Familiarity with EASA CS-23 or FAA FAR-23 regulations, SAE ARP4754 and ARP4761 as well as complex electronic hardware and/or software development (DO-254, DO-178) will be an advantage
* Fluency in English (C1) with good communication skills, German would be an advantage
* Open-minded and self-driven personality with the willingness to explore new grounds in a dynamic and multicultural environment
