We are currently recruiting for the following position on behalf of our aviation client based in Saudi Arabia. Job Title: Avionics Instructor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: Permanent, Fulltime onsite.
Aircraft Type: Rotary – H145

Key Duties:

• Repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test avionic and communication components.
• Diagnose faults using schematics, test equipment, and mock-ups.
• Perform installation, modification, and inspections per OEM and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor technicians, including on-the-job training (trainer-to-trainee ratio 1:3).
• Develop work methods, performance standards, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records, technical orders, and training documentation

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
• EASA Part 66/ FAA A&P license is preferred.
• 5 years’ aviation experience, including 3+ years as an Avionics Technician.
• Type-rated or trained on the H145 preferred (OJT logbook required).
• Certified “Train the Trainer” qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Minimum English level IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (assessed during interview).
