- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers on technical and operational matters relating to component maintenance and leasing.
- Support the preparation, review and delivery of maintenance and lease quotations.
- Proactively communicate quotation progress, work status, cost estimates and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customer queries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with operational capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver technical status reports, service updates and customer documentation packages.
- Represent the business at aviation trade shows and industry events.

- Assist with the management and coordination of the company’s lease pool.
- Monitor component availability, utilisation, movements and return conditions, ensuring records and asset information remain accurate.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping documentation for asset exchanges and leasing transactions.
- Liaise with repair vendors, logistics providers and customers to maintain efficient turnaround times and ensure units are ready for deployment.
- Help ensure leased assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.
Ideal candidate profile:
A background in aviation with technical understanding, excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing aviation role, ideally within technical records, asset management, CAMO, MRO or component leasing.
- A good understanding of aviation regulatory documentation and airworthiness requirements.

- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with aviation ERP or document management systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and aviation industry events.
Desirable:
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience within an MRO, airline or aviation leasing environment.
- Working knowledge of EASA and FAA regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with APUs, aircraft engines or components, their leasing, lease pool management or asset management processes.
