Diagnostic Engineer Junior

My client is a world leader in airplanes design and construction and is looking for a Diagnostic Support Engineer to insert in the HUMS teams.

Role: Diagnostic Engineer Junior
Location: Varese – Italy
Contract: 3 Years – Apprenticeship

Main Responsibilities

· Perform the HUMS data analysis on Customer request: Transmission/Rotors health monitoring and avionic failures evaluation
· Manage and analyze HUMS data for the entire HUMS equipped fleet
· Assist in helicopter troubleshooting activity
· Collaborate with Service Engineering in special event analysis (Accident/Incident)
· Keep the HUMS analysis and related maintenance activity tracked and recorded

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of the time signal/frequencies/spectra analysis
· Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint

• Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to e-mails and submitting reports
• Good communications, listening and interpersonal skills

§ Pro-activity to timely complete the assigned tasks

§ Good interest in Aeronautics (helicopters)
§ Fluent in English
§ Problem-solving oriented
§ Ability to work in a team
§ Ability to manage priorities
