My client is looking for an Engineering Assistant to join on them on a permanent basis. As an Engineering Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Hydraulics Team by Cleaning & Identifying Hydraulic assemblies & components, pipes & hoses and creating preliminary paperwork in accordance with schedule and priorities. They will also support the development of new production processes required to maintain the company’s competitive position.
Role: Engineering Assistant – Permanent Role
Pay: From £22,900 per annum PAYE
Location: West London
Hours: Monday to Friday 40.00 per week, 8am to 5pm
Must have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions.

Job Profile
* To ensure all KPI targets for the department are met Accurately Identify Hydraulic components using documents and technical OEM references and preparing them for disposition
Skills/Experience Required
* Experience within an Aerospace Engineering or equivalent Environment preferred but not essential
* Previous knowledge and experience of having worked with Hydraulics components preferred but not essential
* Previous knowledge of Boeing manuals preferred but not essential
Personal Qualities
* Flexible approach to work.
* Good attention to detail.
* Good team player.
* Good attitude to workshop housekeeping.
* Able to work to tight deadlines.
Education & Training
Essential – Strong experience in a similar role
