Our client is a world-renowned specialist in the servicing of aircraft tooling, engine tooling, engine stands, and aviation ground support equipment. Key Duties

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve hydraulic systems for airline tooling, including aircraft engine stands and ground support equipment. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of hydraulic tooling critical to aircraft maintenance operations.

Principal skills, knowledge and Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in hydraulic engineering or maintenance, preferably in aviation or heavy mechanical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of welding, machining, or other special processes is an asset.
  • Preferably, familiarity with airline tooling and ground support equipment.
  • Relevant engineering qualification or trade certification.
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanics (automotive, motorcycle, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, industrial mechanics, or equivalent).
  • Must be able to obtain an airside security pass and clear a DBS check, 5-year checkable work history.
