Lineside Engineering Project Manager

Our client has an opportunity for a Lineside Engineering Project Manager to join them on a contract basis until November 2026. You will be looking at the cost of the multiple production areas and finding ways to reduce it.

Role: Lineside Engineering Project Manager
Location: Broughton, Flintshire – fully onsite
Hours: 35 per week
Hourly Rate: £38.00 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS required to start

What you’ll be doing:

• Forward thinking at improving and anticipating issues and resolving these before they may happen.
• Project work is also involved in resolving long-standing issues or potential future improvements.
• Large emphasis on quality improvement so always looking to improve.

• Interface between operations and wider manufacturing engineering functions.
• Delivery of process improvements on safety, quality, cost and productivity.

Requirements:

• Strong engineering background, with lineside experience in a large manufacturing business.
• Experience of project management with deployment of cost saving projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement
• Strong project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Cost saving project experience
• Analytical
• Problem Solving
