On behalf of our client, a leading Saudi-based rotary MRO specialising in defence aircraft, we are seeking Maintenance Quality Control Inspectors to support a fleet of military variant H145 rotary aircraft.

Role: Maintenance Quality Control Inspectors
Licencing Preferences: EASA Part 66/ FAA/ GACA

Location: Riyadh/Jeddah/Dhahran
Working days: Working 5 days from 7

Package: Basic salary plus accommodation & Transport allowances

This is a permanent fulltime position

Tasks & Duties:

  • The Maintenance Quality Control inspectors must be able to read, understand and implement the general and specific operational safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to this position.
  • Perform duties in evaluation, validation of process and training of distribution centre work force in process improvement techniques.
  • Performs receiving inspections, physical inventories, local surveys as required, validates process through statistical sampling and other measurement techniques.
  • Reviews inventory process, packaging and shipping process to ensure continued emphasis on continuous process improvement.
  • Must be able to read specifications, drawings, prints, technical publications, schematics and interpret photographs of Aircraft and related material.
  • Will be required to investigate shipping incidents and prepare Supply Deficiency Report (SDR) or Quality Deficiency Report (QDR) as appropriate.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a ground support equipment license to operate for lifters and warehouse tractors etc.
  • Provides supervision and coordination processes for the manpower and equipment of Aircraft maintenance, supply and related support activities.
  • Provides technical solutions in Aircraft maintenance, supply, training and related support equipment, and supervises the On-Job-Training for the end user purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in aircraft maintenance or recognized aviation training program in aircraft maintenance (Minimum 2 years). EASA Part 66/ FAA/GACA License for mechanic is preferred.
  • Must have experience of Inspection work in Rotay Aviation
  • Preferred to be Qualified as a Level 7 in the related specialty of the logistics, maintenance and training specialties.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in aviation field/specialty and minimum 3 years proven experience as Maintenance quality control inspector.
  • Must have Quality Control course certificates from recognized organization

Additional Information

  • English language level (listening, speaking, reading & writing) in minimum IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for Non-Native speaker. Otherwise, the English language will be evaluated in the interview by PSS/GSAC.
  • Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS office.
