MRO Sales Support

Looking for a driven Sales support to strengthen the sales team/customer services team.

The client is one of the world’s largest aircraft component suppliers/service providers. With headquarters is strategically located in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in The Netherlands. With satellite offices in London, Miami and Asia. They are a family owned business with They have nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry, focusing on the supply, loan, exchange and repair of high quality commercial aircraft components worldwide.

Job Description:

In this role you ensure that all commercial and administrative affairs are handled correctly during the sales process. You will be working closely together with your colleagues of the sales team, and your main job is to provide excellent customer service for our European/Middle Eastern/African and Asian customers.
You will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders and directly managing customer requests.
  • Providing support to the sales team in pre/post related activities.
  • Provide excellent customer account management
  • Expedite open orders to achieve required delivery and service levels in accordance with customer expectations or contracted terms
  • Creating and monitoring of repair orders & accurate administration of component repairs
  • Evaluating MRO vendor workshop reports, effectively assessing, negotiating, approving quotes, ensuring required standards are met and all costings are recorded accurately.
  • Creating all order documentation, repair orders, shipping documents & customer Invoices
  • Recording and processing of all customer data in our CRM system.
  • Assisting with all other administrative tasks for the sales team.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have quantum experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, focus on quality & details and proactive and commercial attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and also be part of the team.
  • Full time availability (40 hrs.).
  • Commercial awareness and driven to reach targets.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage.
