POST HOLDER (GROUND AND TRAINING) HELICOPTER

My client is Italian Luxury Helicopter Operator, Based in Milan and Rome, the company offers a state-of-the-art fleet of double-crewed, twin-engined AW109 Grands. Plus an exclusive network of helipads and heliports, to ensure a superior helicopter experience throughout Italy and beyond It is looking for a:

Role: POST HOLDER (GROUND AND TRAINING) HELICOPTER
Pay: To be defined on the basis of experience
Location: Roma

Requirements

• Implement the policy, standards and procedures of the company Into all training and ground operations, examination, and checking.
• Fulfilling the duties of Nominated Post Holder Training/ Ground Operation as defined by the ENAC
• Ensure that the operations remain in compliance with the applicable requirements
• Enable safe conduct of all flights
• Ascertain that all instructors are suitably qualified to conduct training
• Inform the Authority about the training policies, norms and standards
• Coordinate flight safety and operational training items with the CP and instructors
• Set the training policy in coordination with the Chief Pilot
• Ensure the availability of sufficient training aids, facilities and contracted courses
• Provide oversight of any Third-Party Training organisations
• Be up to date with, and ensure all the manuals and publications within the company’s operations and Ground Ops library are available and current, including NOTAMS, AIC, ANO, company operations manuals and aeronautical charts
• Manage the crews and the efficiency of the ground support operations

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Flight Crew Licence (ATPL/H)
• Previous managerial experience in helicopter Commercial Air Transport
• Be eligible and acceptable to the ENAC regulatory framework
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Type-rating on AW109 family is a plus
• Italian mother tongue
