Project Controller Internship – Categorie Protette

My client is a global high technology leader investing in digital innovations, connectivity, big data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and quantum technology.
The company provides solutions, services and products that help its customer’s businesses, organizations and states in the defence, aeronautics, space, transportation and digital identity and security markets to fulfill their critical missions, by placing humans at the heart of the decision-making process.
They are looking for:
ROLE: Project Controller Internship – Categorie Protette
PAY: TBC
LOCATION: MILAN
CONTRACT: PERMANENT
Project Controller acts under the Business Control Manager supervision.
Prominent interactions with Bid & Project teams and with the Finance’s other professional families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with the group financial and accounting standards and procedures, the Project Controller in Internship will:

• follow up and update on sales, invoicing & cash with the PMs
• contribute to bid preparation for all variation orders around the project. Prepare P&Cs and cash flow for the bid activities
• Prepare and explain cash curve ( consolidated if needed)
• Supervise and validate the estimate at completion of the long term projects ensuring the reliability of financial data
• Analyze the variances between budget, actual and forecast on long term projects and proposes corrective actions

REQUIREMENTS

• Belong to the “categorie protette”
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Degree in Economics with good knowledge of International and Italian Accounting Principles
• Very good knowledge of Office Package
