Sales Administrator

We are excited to be partnering with a fantastic client who is seeking a Sales Administrator to become a permanent member of their team. In this key role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries, while also providing essential support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the sale (including exchanges or loans) of surplus aviation materials to clients worldwide.
• Support the daily activities of sales executives and collaborate across departments.
• Utilise aviation databases to research and determine up-to-date market prices.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide quotations and product information.
• Monitor and manage multiple sales inboxes to address customer requirements.
• Accurately input and manage data within internal systems.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Stay informed on new products, market trends, and feature updates.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support an advantage
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadline
