Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s commercial growth strategy within the aftermarket MRO and aircraft component trading sector

Role: Sales Manager
Salary: On Application
Contract: Monday – Friday.
Location: Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within the aftermarket MRO and aircraft component trading market
• Leverage an established industry network to generate immediate business opportunities and pipeline
• Identify, originate, and secure new business with airlines, MROs, lessors, and trading partners
• Lead commercial negotiations for component sales and trading agreements
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution of transactions and long-term client relationships

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the aftermarket MRO industry, specifically in trading aircraft components
• Strong and active industry contact base globally
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and closing high-value deals
• Experience working as a sales consultant is strongly preferred – candidates who can bring active business and leads without restrictive non-compete limitations are highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a function from the ground up
