Service Engineer

My client, the Training Academy of one of the world’s leading companies in the design and construction of aircraft is looking for:

Ruolo: Service Engineer
Location: Sesto Calende (VA) – Italia
Contract: permanent
Service Engineering within the Customer Support, Services & Training Organization provides support to the in-service fleet, represents the primary interface to Customers for technical requests and participates in continuous airworthiness process through collection and management of occurrence reports.

Main Responsabilities:

• Manage technical queries related to related to aircraft malfunctions, maintenance and operation.
• Provide resolution of technical issues through dedicated analysis, troubleshooting and preparation of the applicable documentation.
• Fill occurrence reports when required in accordance to applicable procedures.
• Cooperate with other stakeholders in improvements identification and management.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of aeronautical disciplines
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
• Fluent in English
• Problem solving oriented
• Ability to work in team
• Ability to manage priorities
• Good communications, listening and interpersonal skills
• Pro-activity to timely complete the assigned tasks
• Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to e-mails and submitting reports
