Stores Operative

My established and friendly Crawley based supply chain client is growing and is now seeking a Stores Operative to join them on a permanent basis!

Main responsibilities of the Stores Operative:

• Picking and packing parts
• Despatching packages
• Booking goods in, checking for accuracy of goods & paperwork received
• Driving a Counterbalance forklift
• Occasional delivery of goods to local destinations in company vehicle

Ideal Candidate profile:

Essential

• Previous stores experience including picking, packing & Goods In
• Full UK driving license
• Reliable, conscientious, organised and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion
• Must already hold unrestricted rights to live and work in the UK. No sponsorships can be provided, now or in the future.

Beneficial

• Previous experience of working with aviation components and dealing with part numbers
• Counterbalance FLT license

Additional Information:

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
• Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 D.O.E.
• Free onsite parking
• Start ASAP
