About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warranty Engineer to join our Aviation Technical Services team onsite in Manila.
This role plays a critical part in maximising customer return on investment (ROI) and company revenue through effective aircraft spares and repairs Warranty Management, Value Engineering, Consultancy and Technical Services activities.
You will act as a key technical focal point, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the Philippines and UK. The position requires strong engineering judgement, commercial awareness, and the ability to challenge aviation suppliers while maintaining professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise customer ROI and company revenue through the delivery of Warranty Management and Value Engineering services.
  • Identify, create, submit, and manage warranty claims across:
  • Components
  • Line & heavy maintenance
  • Service Bulletins
  • Reliability guarantees
  • Engines, expendables, and other eligible events
  • Liaise with suppliers to clarify work scope, pricing, and warranty positions, challenging unjustified decisions where appropriate.
  • Enforce contractual terms to recover warranty and commercial benefits, including TAT remedies under Airbus SSC and Boeing PSAA.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
  • Provide regular verbal and written updates to UK-based teams.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting other departments with engineering and warranty-related queries.
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with customer accounts to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support Sales and Business Development by identifying cost-reduction initiatives and up-selling opportunities.
  • Lead or support periodic programme reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel as required to support customer meetings, aircraft inputs (e.g. C-checks), and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience within Aerospace, Aircraft Maintenance, Warranty, Supply Chain, Value Engineering, or Technical Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the confidence to challenge suppliers when necessary.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
