Our client is a major Saudi based Airline. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Fleet Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of their A330 aircraft fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all A330 aircraft, managing a team of maintenance engineers, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Key accountabilities.

• Oversee the maintenance and operational activities of the A330 fleet.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of the aircraft.
• Manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to guarantee timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments such as flight operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor budget and expenses related to the A330 fleet operations.

Education/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working with A330 aircraft, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in aircraft maintenance will be a plus.
