On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit CAFM Operative on an initial 11 -month contract. As a CAFM Operative you will provide support and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of Performance Management methods and processes within the company within the business CAFM system.
Role: CAFM Operative
Pay: £26.45 per hour via Umbrella or £20.00 per hour PAYE
Location: Broughton- Onsite Requirement
Contract: Monday- Friday, 35 Hours per week, 11 Months Contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS+Clearance
Responsibilities:
You will be measuring business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators, alongside managing performance through facilitating stakeholder exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, recommendations in order to enable decision making.
- Manage and develop the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Asset Database
- Deploy database strategy and perform system data audits
- Manage and provide the Facilities Department with support in respect of the Asset Database
- Manage the UK Asset Management Database
- Manage the Alignment and continued maintenance of UK Asset Database
- Management and Support the maintenance teams in verifying Statutory and Critical assets
- Manage and Verify improvements to instruction sets and Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules
- Management and Analysis of assets against current data fields
- Liaise with Real Estate Team to ensure all relevant drawings are updated with current assets
- Manage the Handover of all Operational and Maintenance manuals, Health and Safety files and assets from the Land and Buildings and Projects Teams
- Manage the controlled input of UK new assets onto the CAFM database
- Manage and maintain Technical Services database
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of FM organisation and operations
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Ability to work in team and on own initiative
