My client has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the Safety and Compliance team to make a direct impact assisting the Head of Safety & Compliance to keep the organisation compliant and support the Safety & Compliance department in administrative functions.

Role: Compliance Administrator
Duration: Two month contract
Reports to: Head of Safety and Compliance
Location: Brize Norton
Salary: £15 per hour – Inside IR35
Hours: Monday to Friday – 35 hours

Key responsibilities

  • Collating staff certificates and documents and uploading to the local system, in accordance with local procedures
  • Management of Certification Authorisations Competency Assessments in accordance with local procedures
  • Processing applications for Certifications Authorisations and Issuing Certification Stamps
  • Creating New Starter accounts
  • Archiving Leaver accounts in line with GDPR
  • Signing off Deployment of Maintenance Staff in accordance with local procedures
  • Signing off PID Card Application Forms
  • Managing day to day Admin Queries via email/phone & face-to face from staff

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Previous proven experience and credentials in an Administration role
  • Demonstrable experience of Microsoft software packages
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise and to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively with others
  • Ability to manage relationships in a diplomatic and decisive way
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn

Desirable skills

  • Sound knowledge on GDPR requirements
  • Previous experience with QPulse System
  • Previous experience working under Company security guidelines and in a highly confidential working environment
  • Proved experience in Quality Management Systems
  • Experience using Google Suit workspace
