DIAGNOSTIC ENGINEER JUNIOR – HUMS

My client is a world leader in airplanes/helicopters design and construction and is looking for a Diagnostic Support Engineer to insert into the HUMS teams.

Role: Diagnostic Engineer Junior – HUMS
Pay: To be defined on the basis of experience
Location: Melbourne – Australia
Contract: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

· Perform the HUMS data analysis on Customer request: Transmission/Rotors health monitoring and avionic failures evaluation
· Manage and analyse HUMS data for the entire HUMS equipped fleet
· Coordinate with Design Organization to identify possible improvements
· Assist in helicopter troubleshooting activity
· Collaborate with Service Engineering in special event analysis (Accident/Incident)
· Keep the HUMS analysis and related maintenance activity traced and recorded

Requirements

Australian resident or with a valid VISA with the right to work in Australia
· Basic knowledge of the time signal/frequencies/spectra analysis
· Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint

• Prepared for possible travels
• Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to e-mails and submitting reports
• Good communications, listening and interpersonal skills

§ Pro-activity to timely complete the assigned tasks

Qualifications

§ Neo graduated in Aerospace Engineering or 1 year of experience

§ Good interest in Aeronautics (helicopters)
§ Fluent in English
§ Problem-solving oriented
§ Ability to work in a team
§ Ability to manage priorities
