Requirements:

  • 1+ years sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience within an EASA/CAA/FAA 145 organisation or an aircraft component broker/supplier – desirable.
  • Quantum software experience – desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Tenacious mindset and personality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities listed below may be subject to increase or change to suite the business requirements

  • General customer service administration requirements
  • Answering and processing customer calls and general email enquiries
  • Raising and processing of customer quotations
  • Raising and processing of customer status reports
  • Raising and processing internal repair order
  • Liaising with workshop to provide customer with order updates
  • Monitoring aged customer orders
  • Raising and processing vendor purchase orders
  • Helping process of consumable parts sales
  • General office administration
  • Managing and processing trace Queries & Core Returns
  • Managing Exchange Late Fee’s process and requirement
