Senior Specialist – Aircraft Maintenance Planning

Our client is a major Saudi based MRO. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Senior Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and control of all maintenance activities related to aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing aircraft performance.

Key accountabilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all aircraft in the fleet
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Monitor and analyse aircraft maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance activities
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities

Education/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
