Senior Specialist – Maintenance Control Centre

Our client is a major Saudi based MRO. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Senior Specialist, Maintenance Control, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for an organisation’s fleet of vehicles, aircraft, or other equipment. You will ensure that maintenance tasks are efficiently planned and executed to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency.

Key accountabilities

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and progress.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

Education/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance control center operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
