Our client is a major Saudi based MRO. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Senior Specialist in Technical Records and Publications, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and organisation of technical records related to aircraft maintenance, modifications, and repairs. You will also oversee ensuring that all technical publications are up-to-date and readily available for reference.

Key accountabilities
- Maintain and update technical records related to aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Ensure that all technical publications, manuals, and documentation are current and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize technical data and records.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline record-keeping and publication dissemination.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of technical records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding record-keeping and publication best practices.
Education/Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical records management within the aviation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with aviation technical publications and documentation systems.
